Location Details

The entrance to the walking trails is behind the southern most ball field in the park. After about 75 yards the trail divides. You can head west, which takes you by Mill Woods Pond and onto a wider gravel trail. If you go east, you will go by Bell Pond. To do the whole trail you must backtrack and re-visit the eastern portion of the trail. The walking trails are relatively flat, but some portions are a bit steep especially near Bell Pond. There is a pretty waterfall on the portion of trail nearest to Bell Pond. In early spring, the trails can be muddy so light hiking boots are recommended. In addition the the trails, the park offers a skate park, a dog park, a pond for swimming, and soccer and baseball fields.
